Before production
Measurements, leg side, color and shipping details can be corrected before production begins. Contact us immediately if something changes.
After production begins
Change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not accepted once the custom build has started.
Fit concerns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear fitted photos and a short standing/walking video. We review alignment, strap placement and the submitted measurements.
Incorrect measurements
A brace produced correctly from inaccurate customer-supplied measurements is not automatically eligible for refund or free remake. The customer remains responsible for accurate A–G values.
Damaged or incorrect shipment
Contact us within 7 days with package and product photos. If the item is damaged in transit or differs from the confirmed order, we will review and resolve it.
