Brace body and structure
K9BracePro provides a 6-month limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects in the brace body, structural components and hinge.
Straps
Straps are covered for 120 days against failure during normal use.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover chewing, scratching, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper cleaning, changes in the dog’s body size, normal cosmetic wear or damage caused by inaccurate measurements.
How to request review
Send your order number, a description and clear photos or video. Approved claims may be resolved by repair, replacement part or replacement brace at our discretion.
