Where we ship
We currently serve customers in the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses are not included in the standard shipping offer.
Cost
Tracked shipping is free for eligible orders. Import duties and cross-border handling are included. Applicable state or local sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Timing
Production begins after final measurement approval. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks after approval. Severe weather, carrier delays or address issues can affect estimates.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent when the order ships. Scans may take 1–3 business days to begin updating.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after carrier handoff.
