Measurements happen after checkout. Your Fit Coordinator guides each step and reviews the fit information before production.
You do not need to measure your dog before ordering. Once your order is placed, the Fit Team will tell you exactly which photos and measurements to send.
What you'll need
- A flexible measuring tape
- A smartphone
- A level, non-slip floor with good lighting
- Your dog standing naturally
- A helper when possible
The guided measurement process
1. Send standing photos
Photograph your dog and the affected rear leg in the requested positions, with the full leg clearly visible.
2. Complete seven measurements
Follow the A–G diagram and your Fit Coordinator's instructions. Keep the tape snug without compressing fur or tissue, and let your dog stand naturally.
3. Wait for fit review
The Fit Team reviews the photos and measurements and will ask you to repeat anything missing or unclear. If a number looks unusual, send a photo rather than guessing.
