These Terms and Conditions govern your use of K9BracePro.com and purchases made from K9BracePro.

By accessing or using the website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with the policies referenced below.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your delivery country.

Products and custom orders

K9BracePro provides made-to-measure external canine knee support braces.

Each brace is individually produced for one dog using customer-confirmed fitting information, including standing photos and guided measurements.

Product photographs, colors and descriptions are intended to accurately represent the product. Because each brace is individually made, minor differences in appearance, finish, component positioning or other non-functional details may occur.

Ordering and fitting information

At checkout, you select the applicable product options, including your dog's weight tier, affected rear leg and brace color.

The weight tier determines the product and price tier. It does not select a standard-size brace.

You do not need to provide the seven A–G measurements at checkout. After your order is placed, a Fit Coordinator guides the required photos and measurements.

You are responsible for:

• providing complete and accurate order information;

• providing accurate fitting photos and measurements;

• responding to requests for clarification or repeat measurements; and

• confirming fitting information before custom production begins.

If fitting information is incomplete, inconsistent or unclear, production may be delayed until the required information is confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront or at checkout.

K9BracePro currently supports orders delivered to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Free tracked shipping is included for K9BracePro custom brace orders delivered to supported addresses in these markets.

Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST or other taxes may be included in the displayed price or calculated at checkout depending on the delivery destination and applicable rules.

The final amount charged by K9BracePro is shown before payment is completed.

Any currency conversion performed by your card issuer, bank or payment provider is outside K9BracePro's control and may result in additional conversion fees or exchange-rate differences.

Order acceptance

Submission of an order and successful payment authorization do not by themselves require K9BracePro to proceed with a custom build.

An order is accepted for custom processing after payment has been confirmed and K9BracePro determines that the order can be fulfilled.

We may contact you if additional information is required before production.

If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Production and delivery

Typical arrival is approximately two weeks after the final fitting information has been reviewed and approved:

• approximately one week for custom production; and

• approximately one week for tracked delivery.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Production or delivery may take longer because of circumstances including:

• incomplete or delayed fitting information;

• requests to repeat or confirm measurements;

• destination-specific shipping conditions;

• carrier delays;

• customs processing;

• weather;

• public holidays; or

• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information is provided when the completed brace is dispatched.

Cancellations and custom-order returns

Because every K9BracePro brace is made specifically for one dog, standard change-of-mind cancellations and returns do not apply once custom production has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Cancellation requests made before custom production begins are reviewed under our Custom Order & Returns Policy.

Do not return a custom brace without first contacting K9BracePro and receiving return instructions.

30-Day Fit Promise

Verified fit or production-related fit concerns reported within the applicable period are reviewed under the 30-Day Fit Promise.

Depending on the verified issue, a resolution may include:

• fitting guidance;

• positioning or strap adjustment;

• replacement parts;

• repair; or

• remake.

The appropriate resolution depends on the specific case.

The 30-Day Fit Promise is not an unconditional money-back guarantee.

Warranty

Eligible manufacturing defects are reviewed separately under the Warranty.

The Warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects according to the published warranty terms and is separate from fit-related support under the 30-Day Fit Promise.

Customer-caused issues and changes

Issues caused by circumstances such as the following are not automatically eligible for a free repair, remake or refund:

• incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information;

• unreported measurement errors;

• significant changes in the dog's body size;

• chewing or other pet-caused damage;

• accidental damage;

• misuse;

• unauthorized modification; or

• normal wear and tear.

Each case is reviewed according to the applicable policy and circumstances.

Veterinary care and product information

K9BracePro provides external support products and fitting guidance.

Information provided on the website or by the Fit Team is intended to explain the product, fitting process and use of the brace. It is not veterinary diagnosis, treatment or individualized medical advice.

A custom brace is not appropriate for every dog, injury or care plan.

You should consult a licensed veterinarian regarding diagnosis, treatment decisions, surgical care, rehabilitation and the appropriate care plan for your dog.

Product use and safety

The brace should be used according to the fitting, care and use instructions provided.

Introduce the brace gradually unless otherwise directed by your veterinarian or Fit Coordinator.

Stop use and seek appropriate guidance if your dog develops persistent rubbing, swelling, unusual distress, skin problems or a significant change in movement while wearing the brace.

The product should not be altered or modified in a way that may affect its fit, safety or intended function unless specifically instructed by K9BracePro.

Website availability and acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website;

• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;

• introduce malicious software or code;

• misuse website forms, checkout or communication systems;

• scrape, reproduce or exploit website content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights; or

• use the website for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, K9BracePro or third parties.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the K9BracePro name, branding, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, product materials and other original site content are owned by or licensed to K9BracePro.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party services

Parts of the Services are provided through third-party platforms and service providers, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics services and communication platforms.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

K9BracePro is not responsible for independent services, outages or actions of third parties outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, operations, policies, technology or legal requirements.

Changes apply from the date the updated Terms are published unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing rights

These Terms are intended to operate together with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law in your delivery country.
